Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) carefully. Your use of the Site (as defined below) constitutes your consent to this Agreement.
This Agreement is between you and FinteqHub (“FinteqHub” or “we” or “us”) concerning your use of (including any access to) FinteqHub site currently located at “https://finteqhub.com” (together with any related sites, and any information, content, materials and services available therein, and successor site(s) thereto, the “Site”). This Agreement hereby incorporates by this reference any additional terms and conditions posted by us through the Site or otherwise made available to you by us.
By accessing this site, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement. If you are using or accessing the site on behalf of a company, partnership, or any other entity (“organization”) with which you are affiliated, you agree to these terms both personally and on behalf of that organization. You also confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the organization to this Agreement. Any references to “you” or “your” in this Agreement apply both to you as an individual and to the organization you represent.

We may change this Agreement from time to time without prior notice or by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Agreement through the Site. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Agreement incorporating such changes or otherwise notified you of such changes.
Your use of the Site following any changes to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If the modified Agreement is not acceptable to you, you must stop using the Site.
2. Changes to Our Site
We may update or change our Site to reflect modifications to our products, user needs, or business priorities. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
3. Availability of Our Site
Our Site is provided free of charge, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access for business or operational reasons, with reasonable notice when possible.

Malicious Code:
Upload, transmit, or distribute any virus, worm, Trojan horse, spyware, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code intended to interfere with, damage, or monitor the operation of any hardware, software, or network.
Unauthorized Use:
Use the Site for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted, or engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or tortious activity.
Data Collection:
Harvest, scrape, or collect data or information from other users or the Site without authorization.
Disruptive Actions:
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, including through hacking, excessive requests, or circumventing security measures.
Access Restrictions:
Restrict, inhibit, or interfere with any other person’s use of the Site.
Intellectual Property Violations:

Reverse Engineering:

Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Site.
Unauthorized Framing & Mirroring:
Frame, mirror, or integrate the Site into any other product or service without prior written consent from FinteqHub.
Automated Access:
Use bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated tools to access, copy, monitor, or extract data from the Site for any purpose.
Ensure that you obtain, maintain, and pay for all necessary hardware, software, and internet services required to access and use the Site.
5. Proprietary Rights
The Site, including its content and features, is owned by us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, trade names, and service marks include FinteqHub and the FinteqHub logo. Any trademarks, trade names, or service marks displayed on the Site that are not owned by us belong to their respective owners.
You are not permitted to use our trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos in connection with any products or services that do not belong to us or in any way that may cause confusion. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as granting any right or license to use these marks without prior written permission from the respective owner.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law:
- (a) the Site, along with any products and materials, is provided to you on an “As Is,” “As Available,” and “Where Available” basis, without any form of warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory;
- (b) FinteqHub disclaims all warranties related to the Site, services, and materials;
- (c) FinteqHub does not make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, truthfulness, or reliability of any content made available through the Site.
These disclaimers are for the benefit of FinteqHub, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, suppliers, and service providers (together, the “Affiliated Entities”), as well as their respective successors and assigns.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law:
- (a) FinteqHub shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, services, or materials, including any harm caused by viruses or other harmful components transmitted in connection with them;
- (b) if you are dissatisfied with the Site, services, or materials, your only remedy is to discontinue use.
All liability limitations stated here apply for the benefit of FinteqHub, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, service providers, and their successors and assigns.
8. Indemnification
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinteqHub, its affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and legal fees (including attorney’s fees) that arise from or relate to:
- (a) your use of or activities on the Site; and
- (b) any actual or alleged violation of this Agreement by you, including breaches of any representations or warranties stated herein.
9. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. FinteqHub reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if FinteqHub determines that you have breached or acted inconsistently with the terms or intent of this Agreement. In the event of termination or suspension, your right to access the Site will end immediately.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site, or any related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. By using the Site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
