Product Manager
Overview:
FinteqHub is looking for a strategic Product Manager to shape the future of our Payment Gateway. In this role, you will define the product’s direction, analyze market trends, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance our payment solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations, improve user experience, and drive innovation in the fintech space.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for the Payment Gateway, ensuring alignment with business goals and merchant needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (merchants, internal teams, top management) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize business processes.
- Work closely with development, UX/UI, analytics, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and analyze user feedback to validate feature usability and efficiency.
- Monitor key payment platform metrics (conversion rates, acceptance rates, customer satisfaction) and implement improvements.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customer support and merchants, translating issues into actionable product enhancements.
- Ensure seamless integration of the payment product with other company ecosystem components (APIs, security systems, analytics, etc.).
- Support internal knowledge-sharing and training processes within the team.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the payment solutions ecosystem, including payment orchestration, PSPs, acquiring, payment schemes, and fraud prevention systems.
- Experience working with merchant back-office systems, transaction management, and new payment method integration.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Strong experience managing complex B2B products with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams, as well as external partners.
- Understanding of API integrations and their role in the payment ecosystem.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for continuous product improvement.
- English proficiency at B2+ level for communication with international partners.
Nice to have:
- Experience with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, KYC/AML, PSD2, Open Banking.
- SQL knowledge and database analysis skills.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental methodologies.
