Payments Lead (Partner Projects)
FinteqHub is hiring a Payments Lead (Partner Projects) to join our team. We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead our PSP and partner-related projects, ensuring effective onboarding, relationship management, and commercial optimization across markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payments from the operator or platform side, with PSP business development experience considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct PSP and market research aligned with business needs
- Perform calls and maintain communication with potential PSPs
- Support the underwriting process by sending Check List, NDAs, and KYC/B requests to PSPs
- Prepare volume forecasts, rate, and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM, and Onboarding teams
- Collaborate closely with Treasury and Legal teams on new PSPs, contracts, commercial terms, and discounts
- Monitor margin levels per market and implement actions to improve profitability
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in a similar or related role
- Experience in Gambling/iGaming
- Advanced level of English and Russian for internal and client communication
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in building and managing strong client relationships
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech or Payments
