Data Analyst

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform daily monitoring of statistics based on key parameters.  
  • Analyze transaction data and payment trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.  
  • Develop new analytics dashboards with various metrics, maintain and improve existing dashboards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models and predictive analytics to enhance payment routing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.    
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and data analysis and payment processing best practices.  

Requirements:

  • Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably in a technical field.  
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.  
  • Proven experience in data analysis; experience in fintech or payment processing is a plus.  
  • Understanding of technologies, protocols, and data formats used in modern IT systems (HTTP, JSON, SQL, REST, etc.).  
  • Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments.  
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and processes.  
  • Basic programming knowledge (data types, basic operators, functions) is a plus.  
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar platforms.  
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive modeling methodologies.
