Business Account Manager

Overview:

You will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships for FinteqHub’s payment gateway, ensuring seamless post-integration support, data-driven insights, and strategic guidance that drive client success and business expansion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Assist clients in the after integration period.
  • Analyze payment data and transaction trends to optimize strategies and enhance client revenue streams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and expansion into new markets, leveraging FinteqHub’s diverse payment offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve technical issues, and enhance service offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management in the fintech or payment processing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience with payment gateway systems and understanding of payment processing workflows.
  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level) is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of international payment regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
