About Product:
A PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform.
Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager based in Cyprus to grow our payments business in the Forex and iGaming verticals. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end and build a predictable pipeline of new merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a new sales plan for target GEOs and target verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customised solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle: product presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Conduct systematic analysis of competitors and market opportunities Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
- Influence the company’s product strategy in the interests of key merchants.
Required Experience:
- Prospect and open doors with decision makers (CEO/COO/CCO/CRO/CFO/Head of Payments).
- Proven experience in B2B sales in Fintech/Payments/Gateway/PSP companies.
- Knowledge of payment gateway solutions / online payments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in creating and establishing sustainable and long-term relationships with merchants.
- Wide network in the Forex and iGaming industries.
- Fluent English (C1+)
