Senior Sales Manager (Malta)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager based in Malta to grow our payments business in the iGaming verticals. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end and build a predictable pipeline of new merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a new sales plan for target geos and target verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customised solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle: product presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Conduct systematic analysis of competitors and market opportunities
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
  • Influence the company’s product strategy in the interests of key merchants.

Requirements:

  • Prospect and open doors with decision makers (CEO/COO/Head of Payments/Risk).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in Fintech/Payments/Gateway/PSP companies 
  • Knowledge of payment gateway solutions / online payments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience in creating and establishing sustainable and long-term relationships with merchants
  • Wide network in the iGaming industry.
  • Fluent English
