Sales Team Lead
Overview:
FinteqHub continues to expand the team and is looking for a Sales Lead to join our team. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Sell a payment gateway as a main product
- Sell additionally payments providers to the clients according to his needs (markets and legal setups)
- Create and maintain the Partners portfolio – Finteqhub
- Transfer clients to the setup and cooperate with the responsible departments (Business Account managers, Finance department, Technical account managers)
- Update and maintain the on-boarding process and communicate directly with boarding team
- Check and update CRM, Jira, Confluence board and tickets
- Lead and manage the team and work on the processes
- Report on a weekly/monthly basis to the Head of the Department and C-level Participation in international exhibitions
Requirements:
- Experience 2+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position (in Fintech/Payments/Gateway)
- Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
Nice to have:
- Experience in High-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, Adult)
- Experience of working in PSP
- Experience in Account management/Sales/BizDev
- Experience and knowledge about popular payment methods for different markets
- Experience in Banking sphere Bulgarian/Spanish/Portuguese/Hebrew language will be a plus
- Preferable location: EU (Poland, Bulgaria, Baltic countries, Serbia, other countries), Cyprus, Malta
